My point is that African Pacific Capital sold 50% of PMV to GAU for 17.5M shares, why would they dilute the value of their share of PMV if it was valued @ 50c.
PMV paid $AU1M for mooiplats 12 months ago with another 19M yet to be paid they have got a good return for 12 month of investment.
The deals have already been done months ago when slv raised the money to fund their interest, agreements have obviously been made based on the transactions so far @ .27, obviously the restructure has not quite been finalised yet and there may be another twist.
re a scrip offer option, slv is trading about 50% below its true value so a scrip offer @ .27 would still be a good deal for all based on company valuuations if you are saying GAU is worth 50c.
