here's a really really dumb question
was there a mistake made so that one group (placebo) got mislabeled for updrs scoring ?
if such (an admin) mistake was made that would completely shift the result
it has happened before as staff and clinicians have separate tasks and do not see the cross over
just throwing mud at the wall
