I suggest you research Mitsubishi's Malaysian investments in RE plants and see how that worked out for the locals.
That garbage about getting rid of radioactive waste by spreading it over crops because it makes the veggies grow faster may fly here with some gullible Lynas investors but doubt they will swallow the story in Malaysia where they had prior experience with radioactive "fertilizer' courtesy of Mitsubishi.
