I agree completely with blue sky, and have been asking this question since Friday morning.
Others in this room make it clear they don't understand that they missed out on receiving more shares @ 0.01, and those shares were unfairly diverted to other investors (not sure who, mates of directors?), so they could make 300% profit in a matter or days. This was not the agreement shareholders had with the company in regards to this capital raising (the agreement is the prospectus). The agreement was all shareholders would share proportionally in the shortfall, and there was shortfall (though some people in this room do not understand/realise this), its is an undeniable fact there was shortfall.
