yes it will be.
so last time on a merely MC consulting agreement it went from 1.3c to $1.08 in 2 sessions, thats crazy !!!
however if its a similar announcement or even better a partnering agreement, etc... you would have to be thinking a rise into the double digits, 10c + (which I know sounds very conservative based on previous track record).
