Today's announcment has no effect on the US operations - it is just that Richard Wood wanted to focus his energy on Metgasco Limited, his other company directorship he has due to the arrival of a new high tech drill rig in Australia. They have a great team in the US and even with their current production of 250 barrels per day at Sand Draw South, the company has a valuation of 40 cents per share.

They should have the confirmation report in the next few weeks from Ryder Scott on the EROI report (which is of the type a major oil explorer / company would produce) on the 23 million barrels reserve.
