Ann: LNG Limited names Joseph B'Oris as Chief Development Officer, page-7

I would have thought our CEO was our Chief Development Officer- what else is there to do?

Unless the project is ramping up now that the CEOs time is required in terms of project execution etc. Or this guy is a "closer" but im not sure what a "closer" is.

Or is this a tacit recognition that the current team lacks the marketing skills to get deals over the line?

Im not sure what to make of this, while we add another salary to the cost base for a company that does not have any operations.
