Under different circumstances a lot more would be out by now. We wouldn't know half of what's going on if it wasn't for ML . So putting a lot of trust on this guy ,without him pure speculation. I can say I don't feel as comfortable as some make out they are but still holding.
I can see this will probably keep drifting south, but how far who knows. But if there is a T.O the group that want it will be in no hurry if they can keep pushing the price down each day.
