Catching up on postings. In answer to your question, the underwriter CS will stand in the market after delist announcement/approval and offer a price for all shares. You have the choice of taking the profit now or transferring through the issued prospectus to the NASDAQ listing at 1:1 and presumably expecting a significantly increased realised price at float, perhaps US$30 or so compared with perhaps half that in the delist offer. The actual figures will be known shortly given the timetable announced and the various other activities that now significantly limit the wriggle room to delay. Production is due within 5 months with installation/sales of product so I anticipate we will all be fully informed of the situation this month.
