I am pretty sure that I flagged the possibility of a share consolidation months ago, following my attendance at a presentation. So it would seem that the directors are working to the plan that they have long held. That is a good thing.
I don't consider that there are sinister forces at work here other than to remove the "trader element" and the "penny dreadful" tag.
I have mentioned before that I have no preference as to whether I own 1000 shares at $1 or 100 shares at $10, but that is my opinion.
Unless there is something absolutely HUGE on the horizon, there is no way that the company is going to come back to the market for more money so soon. And if there is something HUGE and there is a legitimate need for more cash, the market will rate it accordingly.
I'll try to talk to a few people today and see what there thoughts are, and see if there is something bigger unfolding.
