Anton, whats your thoughts on the reason why the ASX has required the recomply? Its not a change of nature and I don't personally feel like its a change of scale either.
As far as the terms go, considering the register Id think at least some of them would have been involved with the vend and thus the terms and considering most of them would be in at a similar price to most of us I feel pretty comfortable. Would have preferred no sus and relist etc but im pretty happy with a cobalt and gold project compared with an acq in the latest hype space.
