come one jefferies have you read his posts about contamination and problems with the plant?
these are blatant lies. not negative speculation.
would you allow someone to make such claims in a newspaper without taking legal action? then why allow it online where it may get similar numbers of reads.
the company has a right to clamp down on people spreading lies in the public domain.
