Something has changed, their cash balance has increased to $7.6M, and they secured contracts of $1.5M from JCT for the FY 2018 and expected cash expenditure for the quarter is down to $2M from $4M (but $1M is just on salary alone which is still way too high), they need to get it down to $1.5M or more better down to $1M (i.e. half administration/corporate/operating cost and salary).....it's still a possible 3 bagger from here but I can't see MC getting higher then $50M unless big companies start to show interest in ADRC beyond the MOU (very unlikely now but small companies might which can push their MC to $100M).
