Only motive is to provide a bit of reasoned experience into the conversation - I don't want to pour cold water over the project just simply present it in the cold light of day. My disclosure is accurate and as I mentioned in earlier posts IMO EUC SP has run way ahead of it's current valuation. I'd be happy to invest in the project in the future when the SP comes closer to project valuation when the risk profile has significantly changed.
If contributors feel I don't add anything of value to this thread I am quite happy to watch in silence from afar?
