The nature of each distributiom deal has been slighlty different

So im not sure theres s cookie cutter just yet - even for a global vs local deal

The white labelterms seem most likely to be 'globally applicable' to me. White label is bud giving up brand so it gets to cut deal terms more to its liking as quid pro quo

But bud branded stuff is more on the vendor to offer terms - bud could suggest but has less power of 'veto' - except the ultimate one of not signing on

Personally i wouldnt worry about it. Bud's not going to sign deals that arent in bud's interest

Speculating in almost complete absence of knowledge is not a good use of time

Stock is cheap in 1yr forward view before this deal - so anything from here is pure cream esp if it brings any 1st yr guaranteed income
