I think what you meant to say was that Relenza has some side effects associated with it and that some fringe groups and lawyers (surprise, surprise) have classified it as defective along with just about every other drug that has side effects.
You have also taken GSK's comments out of context. GSK is defending a large lawsuit and has to justify why they dropped Relenza. Yes Tamiflu works better, but it also has side effects and there are particular populations that Relenza is better for. Approval to market Relenza has never been revoked in any country.
Finally, there is published evidence to support the use of Relenza to treat the flu, prevent the flu and treat and prevent bird flu. It is approved for the first use in most countries and as a preventative in a few countires (I think).
I think you get the point.
