bot trading and manipulation

Has anybody else noticed the obvious manipulation and automatic trading that is occurring on AXM?

I have been playing around with the depth this arvo and every time a sell is put on that would top the queue another sell automatically joins at the same price.

When a buy order is placed sometimes another has followed but this is far less regular.

Any guesses on what it might mean?
