    HC should pull down Tharlow's posts too - many of them were explicit lies and misrepresentation. He was a bio worm with much angst yet no substance - I believe he was stating that PRR has a valuation of $50.00. He was just preposterous - I sincerely believe it is doubtful that SLA could prove any loss due to his postings - he just needed to be banned and as for beginnning proceedings against HC - that is just impossible so I am unsure where SLA is coming from here or maybe they have received some tacky legal advice.
