apg...it is only going to get bettery uphilhard ya Do your research, read the last announcement, look at the history then come back with your comments.

Iluka to take 10.1% of "expanded" capital! What does that mean?

Irrespective as to wether you know what it means it will give APG at least $4.0mil in 6 months or so.

Not only that a brokers report is out soon and the broker has the insto's that together with Iluka cash will see APG with cash until the earnings start rolling in.

But what about the so called Inco deal mentioned on this forum.

Do your research to find that Inco are desperate for time, technology and cost savings. $1bn for trhe deposit, $ 1/2 bn to flick the natives and three years plus lost in time...OUCH!

How is this for food for thought!

Crystal are pals with APG, own part of BMX and have just secured the old RZM deposit.

For those with a good memory will remember Sons and RZM completed testwork for the wemen deposit with APG and were going to sign a deal with APG to remove the cro3 then carry out additional testwork for syn rutile on the deposit. Sons pulled out of the industry and RZM pulled out of the Basin. NO Deal!

BUT....BMX now have the licence for the cro3 and the Wemen deposit. So, where does that leave everyone!

Well, Iluka need to satisfy a number of transactions to get the technology exclusively but that will take six months. If BMX want to use the APG technology for the Wemen for Syn Rutile then the announcement would indicate BMX have a six month window before Iluka have it.

Although Iluka in six months may have the technology on an exclusive basis this will not preclude other companies and projects from having access.

It just means Iluka will have to be involved in any transaction which when you think about it is very good.

Iluka had two cracks at CRT and they are just waiting for APG to take a little more of the risk out before they have a crack at APG.

    Cheers
