I am a little sceptical at this news - still working my way through it but still not enough to pip my interest to buy at this point in time.

if I had to hazard a guess would likely say that this was in the hope that the SP would increase prior to CR. Wonder if the sophisticates have been/are to be approached for the funding CR depending on which way SP goes? - but appears little interest here ATM.

IMO would have preferred the recommissioning of the plant and commencement of operations to get the cashflow in to avoid the CR or alternatively to minimise any CR. the ramping up of the operation was always on the cards as the project progressed so now am wondering why the change when all this has done from my viewpoint is delay the commencement of operations. Initially it was stated that the commencement will provide sufficient cashflow to expand and minimise dilution from any CR. IMO something just not quite right here - but i could obviously be wrong!
