    It should prove that CEOs who show such exuberance before an auction of gems to be sold in a region like Mauritius when most of the population has fled to richer picking on welfare and cheap public housing in Dandenong Vic should be considered to be suffering delusions of grandeur.

    Who suggested Mauritius in the first place?
