Snooker, I’ve always acknowledged the plight of our indigenous people...... we other ethnics have much to learn, do and justify. Of course if most people consider aborigines have inhabited Australia for more than forty thousand years then your actual belief that the universe began five or so thousand years ago would have serious difficulty arguing any point with this regard. Snooker you just tell the forum and the aborigines how long they have inhabited this ancient land.

Whilst on the subject of our aborigines I’m sure you are familiar with this.......

In 1938 we see courage, integrity, humanity and dignity from members of the Aboriginal Advancement League when they took a resolution condemning Nazi Germany’s treatment of Jews to the doors of the German Consulate in Melbourne to request that the consulate pass on their resolution to the German government. Of course they were refused admission, but it is interesting that here we see aborigines who were not even citizens in their own country seeking to act on behalf of a group of people with whom they had barely any knowledge and involvement.

Now all manner of awareness has significantly improve the status and respect for aborigines since then but there is still a great deal more in time to be resolved. However your Marcus Einfield is the very one lecturing on this historical event as well as all manner of human rights and social justice issues. When his attention is turned to the plight of the 20% plus non jewish peoples in Israel he is the one who changes his tune dramatically. He blatantly FAILS the test of being a genuine humanitarian. He can hang out all his position labels, plaudits and prizes but they now stand for nothing because when push comes to shove he prefers a society dominated by one ethnic group if he is part of that group.

Is it possible for all the people of Israel to grasp dignity, integrity, courage, humanity? Difficult to know but from my point of view this is not so much about doing the non Jews a favour, but rather that this offers the one chance that Jews have to evolve and survive. Notice the word ...EVOLVE.
