But, here's the scenario I worry about.
More than 20% you have to declare your interests, and if you get near that number then yes AGY management might contact them and say "what's on your mind?".

But, spread the buying over a number of entities and then let one of them get to (say 12%) get the phone call from Jerko and you say "it's a takeover mate"
Jerko says, but you've only got 12% -go your hardest,

"Oh, yeah but my mate Bill has 7%, Dave's got 3%, Jack's got 7%, my mum (bless her) she has 9% and uncle Weirdo has 4%. Total = 42% - see you at the next board meeting."

As i said, need to check my take over scenarios; it's just the paranoid in me.
