I'm guessing here that you're trying to draw a parallel between a foregone promise and a remark Wayne made about the company being at $2 share price one day. It was an opinion of his, not guidance. At some point the share price is a resultant of shareholder stupidity rather then the companies goings on and that's how people make money.
