like I said before a new hole alone wouldn't set the world on fire, we need the metallurgy confirmed too for that. But its a strong announcement. A good shake out going on - could have 5% of the shares change hands by end of today at these levels.Cleared out the trader punks who had to hold 2 days longer than they could pay for. Ask yourself whose buying them all now?? cos theres more gradual buying and putting them away going on by some people than selling overall ....hence price is rising.

8.9 cents and your down in the dumps?? WTF! remeber just a 2 weeks when it spiked to 7.2 and you were all ecstatic? now 9 cents seems cheap and boring? Cumon mates this has been going on all year ever since 1 cent. Pops up retraces, settles pops up again.......Thats healthy and it will keep doing it all things being equal. live with it. (even the best performing share last year tiger beverages in Nasdaq -up 10,000% spent 90% of its time slipping south between leaps - thats a long term holders dilemma. if you try and trade it you ineveitable get it wrong.

It there are now two clear ways to expand this resource:
1, drill on the DOF at surface and shallow in the northern tenements -for another 85kms!!
2, drill down deeper as this seam is obviously comming from the deep.
just need to work out the most efficient way to mine it.

either way craploads more to be prooved up.

but just as it is its cheap.... The average ton of proven/inferred Cobalt in the ground in Canada or Oz id capitalised at around 4-5$ a ton in peers. some like CLQ are capped at 9$ (900mill cap for 109 mil tons) , Katanga in really dodgy DRC is capped at 5$ a ton (CAD 2.46 billion $ cap m for 540 mill tons) AUZ is (89 tons =230 million cap for = 2.60$) etc....
CLA has inferred 30-40 mill tons already (say a 36mill JORC to average) so just to equal its peers today it should be at 36 x 4$a ton?= 120 mill cap. its at 50 mill so already 50%discount to its peers. 120 mill cap divided by 600 mill shares (fuly diluted) =20 centsish. so its hould already be double the price.

Either they will all come down or CLA should go up a lot.

From this announcement its pretty clear to any gambling man/fundamentalist/geo that there is a huge chance theres a truckload more cobalt in CLA's tennements at viable grades ( 0.12%+ P.T on average is needed to be economic viable) both below the current planned mine site and along the rest of the as yet untouched DOF. Im personally thinking CLA's final JORC late next year will be at least 100 mill tons and later more like 250+!!! thats way over 1$ per share even with more cash raising to get there.

Trade a few out to get your cash back then put the rest in your bottom drawer and wait. This today is just blown sea froth on the stairway to heaven.
