No time to post full info but announcements last week from XEPT on the NEEQ Stock Exchange indicate that XEPT are expanding.
Google translate shows two of these announcements as "Foreign" investment (though they are actually both within China).
One is the establishment of a wholly owned subsidiary in Hutubi County in Xinjiang Province (NW China) (AUD $200k value), the other is a joint venture in Wuxue in Hubei Province (about 500kms west of Shanghai) (AUD $1.8m value).
May mean nothing, but at least something to consider while we wait....
