Log into investorvote.com have a look, on the first paragraph before voting resolutions, there automatically ticked the box 'appointing chairman as my proxy to vote on my absent' (not exact words only the meaning). All these powers are fill into **riel's hand unless you vote! Even you choose 'abstain', you must vote 'abstain' otherwise all counted as 'For' (as its in **riel's hands).

Copy and pasted wording from this voting paper below:
"a person described above may cast a vote on this Resolution if the vote is not cast on behalf of a person described in subparagraphs (a) or (b) above and either:
(a) the person does so as a proxy appointed in writing that specifies how the proxy is to vote on this Resolution; or
(b) the person is the Chair and the appointment of the Chair as proxy: (i) does not specify the way the proxy is to vote on this Resolution; and (ii) expressly authorises the Chair to exercise the proxy even if this Resolution is connected directly or indirectly with the remuneration of the Key Management Personnel."

SO PLEASE ALL SHAREHOLDERS, even you only holding 1000 shares and don't know which side you want be on, please do vote 'Abstain' in person! Don't give up on your voting power, even you don't vote 'Against'. and this applies to all shareholders get into FBR before 25/11/2017.

Hope they got less free tickets this time!

By the way, please stop winging all investors (especially Mitch), it's only show your weakness and get readers annoyed, not help with company development as all. Expression your worry and positive thought up is enough, get your friends and yourself all using your voting powers will be much helpful. thanks.
