Quirkus, yes spec stocks are hard to tie down with TA because there is little hard evidence for valuation. So in general I agree with you and welcome your view. That's why I use approximations knowing fib lines are often crossed by market makers flicking stops of anticipated positions chartists take and advocate due diligence and a fundamentals approach in general as I have stated in many posts on other stocks. The market makers can get away with this when value is uncertain for sure.

Such a fall has been orchestrated in my view, because there is no bad news or sour deal to cause a such a flight, just dumpers hoping to buy back at lower prices. Which I feel is what is playing out now. Kind of expected. This is a market distortion which will right itself in due course IMO.

The TA comes into its own when the spec stocks prove up value by drilling etc. to give us meaningful data. As this is on the agenda, the TA will align with the FA for a more meaningful result when this occurs soon.

But they are still good for identifying trends and where accumulation has been taking place. This fact enabled me to get in early before lift off to cover shenanigans in the market. Yes it is risk and reward, but at the end of the day, playing the percentages should put you in front.
