    atm its capped at 20-25mill. With China still devouring every commodity known to man at an impossible rate to keep up with, then my guess is they will be swallowed up by one of the big players so it can be fast tracked.
    admittedly they are short of money but at least now there will be plenty of takers for capital raisings
