Thanks for those links Nathan and Cyclone. It was good to get another angle on AUZ and also see a list of the Lithium miners. Yes, agreed, because it is a publication in shares, Motley Fool tends to be "after the fact" because once news hits it has a very short shelf life. Nevertheless, it was foreseeable that the share dilution would cause a drop in share price. Also, although I enjoy the company is seizing the opportunity to exploit Cobalt etc for EV, it may have been wise to get a shareholder tick of approval before the AUZ directors gave themselves loans etc! So, the share dilution I accept but the forthright loans to themselves seem a little too self-serving. Is this normal, accepted practice?
