just one thing about your valuation on NWE:

This is not representative of the fact that they earn their money through AED royalties, at no expense, no risks, cash in bank, and does not account for their other projects. Not really a fair comparison is it? They are a upcoming cash cow, not a producer, so have no place in your comparison to ELK imo.
