the problem with cullen is that it has a lot of j/vs and is relying on the partners for most of the ground work, and it depends on the time frame for the partners to spend and what priority they put on things, so they are constrained somewhat to how quickly things move, we can only hope that something will eventuate and get the s/p moving, though it has to be on news, not hype as before.
