Limits don't make sense for illicit drugs. It's not like alcohol where you can have a couple of drinks without any intention of getting drunk. With illicit drugs, you only do it to get stoned or whatever. It's not like a glass or two of wine with a meal. Besides, illicit drugs are illegal, so again, limits do not make sense.
