    As part of an ASX listed company, JCT Healthcare Xped Limited was established in 2002 with the vision to provide innovative and robust hardware and software solutions to the Healthcare industry. Located in Payneham with easy parking available, we are a growing organisation focussing on delivering superior products and service to our customers. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be the first point of contact for the business, and support our team with a wide range of Administrative functions.
    This is a true Office Admin Support / Allrounder role where experience in AP & AR or Bookkeeping is required. Experience using Xero will be an advantage.
    As we continue to grow, this FULL TIME ongoing opportunity is to ensure our team can focus on the development of products with the support of a professional Office Allrounder.
    This includes all clerical duties relating to the management of the Accounts Payable & Receivable function including the input of information into the computer system, reconciliation of accounts, payments and liaison with suppliers, data entry for accounts receivable including invoicing customers, and receiving payments and following up on outstanding accounts (debtors).
    Working from our front Reception desk, you will be first point of contact for all incoming communication within the business, be it face to face or over the phone. This is a position to make your 'own' and make a solid contribution to the success of the business.
    The role requires someone with experience & competency in the following:
    • A strong understanding of Finance software, we use Xero.
    • Accounts Payable – end-to-end processing, reconciliation and payments.
    • Accounts Receivable – end-to-end processing, reconciliation and collections (Debtors follow up).
    • Reception - answering calls, taking messages, greeting 'walk ins'.
    • Customer support with minor repairs where appropriate.
    • Incoming goods check, and some despatch work.
    • Supporting the Warehouse function of the business.
    • A commitment to accuracy & attention to detail.
    • Managing Petty Cash.
    • As this is an Allrounder / Support role, undertake general office support functions such as filing, photocopying, and mail.
