    It sounds like a perfect fit, but I don't understand negotiating 3 million shares at $0.60 in May 2017 when they are now worth $12m instead of $1.8m. Why would you agree to such a premium? If the BIG SP had tanked since May, I'm sure the deal would have been renegotiated at the other end. Also don't understand why the price is only $4.2m when it also brings with it a minimum of $12m in advertising revenue, or am I misreading things?
