So I get the the throw away line about being a shareholder is stupid, but I'm not going to let it detract from an otherwise honest communication, the likes of which we haven't see in some time.

One thing I'd like clarification on is why the expected synergies did not materialise with DIASource. This may weigh into my thoughts on the current DIA Board member.

Regardless, it sounds like Studley has value on this BOD and I'm supporting a renewal for now. His 'get it right' approcah is important in that it builds a good business platform to build on which tells me his experience is good and the rest of the team are hopefully supportive because they've learned from their mistakes.

I note 4 of the 6 focus areas for 2018 are commercially driven. One of the others is about keeping the pipeline of development full and the last is to keep us informed. I support all of these points and believe it is a good immediate / medium term focus.

Best to all attending the AGM, please bring notes. Don't let one dumb statement by JH overshadow an otherwise positive communication. The only other thing I'd say is it's worth asking questions about the past to understand what happened, but do ask yourself if it changes the outcome going forward before getting to far down that rabbit hole.
