They broke the trust of shareholders.
Said they were fully funded and then, maybe urged by a greedy broker, raised more funds, at a big discount.
Very ordinary behaviour and something shareholders hate.
Since the raise they have given us nothing.
So a raise with nothing in the pipeline.
Another bad look and overall extremely disappointing decisions by management.
