    I suspect they already have a relationship with and have already been in negotiations with both the Chinese and Browns. They even elude to the fact they will “continue to engage with local processors and international parties”.

    What a stella announcement.... looks like the stars are finally aligning..

    All of their hard work and planning is about to come to fruition....
