I think Fat Prophets listed it as buy mainly due to the change in management. Dr Shaw and his motley crew did good work over at Great Artesian Oil and gas. Basically they heavily invest in struggling resource companies and turn them around. Most of them have scientific backgrounds in geology and exploration as well.
