he's convinced 6 rams customer to re-finance thru bankwest today, with bankwest paying the cancellation fee.
don't be fooled. he reckons all the brokers at the moment are calling up rams customer and changing them over.. picking up the refinance commissions to mind you, around 3K per person.
i posted on here the other day.. they are about 300 or so customers in Rams who are changing their loans to other lenders.. he said about 95% are changing.. their loan book is starting to dissappear fast..
brokers = a bunch of circling sharks IMO
