DGNI I could read almost anything 'between the lines'. That's what I mean. JB did NOT say they paid too much, NOR did he buy SMM to get out of legal issues over Valhalla - PDN had an indemnity with the previous owners.
As I said previously - all this 'word play' is simply misleading.
