KDR value = $1billion - $2 billion by PARAGON, page-408

It seems most likely that the issue will land on the desk of the Minister sooner or later so the time frame is at the mercy of the bureaucratic machine. Personally, I have no doubt that it will all fall KDR's way.......... but KDR should have dealt with this issue much better than it has and I spoke to MD in early 2016 about the way ahead on this and if not handled correctly has the potential of dirtying the waters as it is now. Say no more about it now!
