hi whisky, yes all very sound and realistic points there mate.
but like yourself as a lt shareholder we seem to be stripped of any possible type of premium or even speculation value.
its already been said even by the company that once we achieve DFS then Mou's will convert to binding agreements.
most holders or investors here are seem prepared to bet that once this happens then funding will follow to get this show on the road.
I simply believe that if our only choice in the world of raising capitol is via somers & partners and at 7c then this then actually makes me question my judgement in management here, in which case makes me wonder, are they not confident of raising money at more of a premium? or even having unlisted options converted at 10c with so called dfs completion which of course would also includes assays thus a resource upgrade etc.
we could simply say its a coin toss, heads yes we could at higher or tails no we couldn't at much lower.
what we are seeing with the shareprice now is so typical and its like being forced to dance to bad song
it is something that many of us lt holders have seen time and time again.
both of us know that previously in Ton v1 , shareholders had to dance to the bad music doing the gmp shuffle.
what we are seeing now yet again to the sound of gmp shuffle dressed up in somers and partners.
and again we both know what this song sounds like and how it goes.
any other stock on the asx with either equal or even Less potential would normally technically consolidate, however with triton getting ready to eventually shine brighter and better ticking even more boxes, what do we do?? we Technically get shafted and dragged down like boat anchor, why is that? I tell you why is, its called a corrupt register, its called the same ole dance routine being played over and over.
I might be a bit wrong here in my thinking, but I feel its only right to ask, sound off, show concern and question these matters right before its time for Ton to shine and question could we have done it better imho so why does management not feel confident as its shareholders? this too is a very realistic and sound question to ask IMO.
