Japan is a juggernaut producer. Huon are trialling YTK in conjunction with the NSW DPI to try to curtail the amount being imported into the state from elsewhere (at least, that's the line). While they may or may not have a successful trial, it's to run for five years so we will be at full throttle by the time they come online, and if the marketing coming out of CSS is on point the warmer waters off the NSW coast (from memory it might be Port Stevens?) will not produce the nice layer of fat that the Spencer Gulf Hiramasa Kingfish do in the colder waters.
Man I should see if they need a marketer, lol.
