I have done some DD on this matter over the past 2 years and whilst not claiming to be an expert I'm confident it will settle in favour of KDR. What disgruntles me is the fact that this should have been sorted out a long time ago. Especially, when one of the directors of the 2 pound shelf company registered in the UK who is making the application came on these boards and made a fool of himself and left himself open for strong legal action by KDR. Sadly KDR chose to do nothing at the time. I would have fixed his little red wagon back then and there. C'est la vie.
