Nothing wrong with a cap raising with a stock thats heading to the moon.
The investors buying it don't seem to be bothered with a potential cap raise.
At this rate it could be at $2. An extra 5 or 10 million shares is no problem.
Whoever is buying it seem to be in the know - insider buying.
In fact a strengthened balance sheet would be a big plus for ELS.
Any cap raising could also be to a strategic investor. Heaps of possibilities.
