PIL are involved in Philippines based transactions but the technology looks a little archaic to me. They are not using block chain whereas their competitors are. What is their current strategy in Philippines ? What I can't understand is they are placing shares at 2cps yet the stock is 1.3cps. Is it a naive major holder paying over the odds or uninformed shareholders selling out cheaply ? If it is on their current technology, it might be a bit of a flop. It doesn't really excite me.
