Certainly does not look like between the lines that the directors think it is a very good deal.

They recommend the deal in the 'absence of a superior proposal'.

We all remember that there was a clause saying that SGH was not allowed to look for a deal elsewhere!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Putting two and two together is looks like the lenders want one thing. They want our SGH for nothing. And they certainly does not want us to know the truth about today's SGH.

They are not getting my share without a fight .

I am voting NO the lenders proposal and NO to the SGH board.
