    I don't know - it's just a guess.

    However, I also guess that most institutional holders who have been accumulating have completed their own calculations and have an NPV figure that includes the mine + refinery. If they have managed to obtain a decent holding through buying on market then they won't be selling at these prices because the SP has dropped this week. IMO
