Dont be too hard on Kouta - a couple of weeks is not long to wait - I like govt mandates - havent they said they will fund ppl into these new light globes & meters - as said in the ann's carbon credits could be the pork bellies of the future - the new globes create savings & the meters do the same but they also record that saving & as such credits can be apportioned - looks ++ to me.
